Under New York’s cannabis regulations, a microbusiness license requires vertical integration on a small scale. This means we can only cultivate, process, and sell cannabis products that are grown by our own company, Tap Root Fields Cannabis. We are not permitted to purchase or resell products from other growers or brands. This structure is designed to support small farms and ensure traceability and quality from seed to sale.

Our premium flower should be stored at 68-72°F and protected from light, moisture, and heat. Keep the flower in its original packaging for optimal shelf life.

We recommend keeping your products in their original packaging, as it is specifically designed for each item and includes a childproof lock to help prevent accidents. Additionally, we suggest storing your products in a secure place to ensure safety.

New York State law requires that all cannabis dispensary customers are 21 or older. For that reason, we must verify a valid government-issued photo ID at the door before anyone can enter. This ensures a safe, legal, and responsible environment for everyone who visits Tap Root Station.
